I have to say - I lucked out with this company. I've been a computer tech myself for about 17 years and have NEVER needed outside help with any issue. When I upgraded to Windows XP Service Pack 2, I could NOT get my system to start. I tried geeksquad.com and they gave me an appointment that was 3 weeks away. I chanced it and looked for a tech under yellowpages.com and tried this company ONLY because it was close by. Within a few hours, Justin had my system restored where I was able to back up all my data, then going above and beyond, has been able to restore my operating system, where the 3 Dell technicians I talked to didn't even think it was possible. Also... GREAT PRICES!
